Busy Scrapbooking

I have been real busy scrapbooking the sketches at Let's Sketch.  I have posted quite a few over there.  I have also scraped 22 LO so far this month. Here are some of my layouts.

Fourth of JULY- Scrapbook

These pages will go in Zander's Baby Book.

This is based on Let's Sketch 4-4-12.
I use Kraft cardstock from paper studio. Embellishments and title are made from Graphically Speaking (Cricut cart.)

Scrapbooking-First Born and Sweet Joy

This is my first attempt at Let's Scrap Use your Stash Challenge #317. I was so excited about the lion paper I forgot I needed to use 3 pattern papers.  I love how it turned out.

I finally finished.  This is my second double layout.  I was so excited about the paper I found I forgot to use more patterned paper.  So here it is.  3  patterned paper-striped, numbers and background  20 brads exactly around the scalloped circle. Border punch-bottom strip. 2 different colors of glimmer mist-tatterd angels Puerto Rico and Gumdrop on the scalloped circle using Tim Holts masts. Two chipboard ribbon slides and the journery ribbon.  Sketch 1-25-12

Squash Album- Scrapbooking

Cousins-Scrapbooking

I am in the mist of organizing my papers. I found this sticker-Cousins- and paper together. I knew immediately what photo I wanted to use with it.  This was so much fun to do. This picture was taken at Ella's first birthday party.

Scrapbooking-Queen of my Heart and ZEUS

I created both of these layouts today.  It feels good to get them done.  I used DCWV Nana's KiDS premium stack for both.  The polka dot brads on the Zues LO are from Spare Parts-the Paper Studio.   I used several different circle punches for the circles in Queen of my Heart, and uni-ball signo white pen.(I'm having a hard time getting good photo's.)

Weekend-Love comes to the House

Sierra is playing with her first born, Zander.




This weekend my daughter, Sierra and her family came.  It was her 29th birthday.  They ended up going to Chicago for the day, then spent the night at my son, Peters. My son, John, and his wife, Dana, arrived after 10 pm. Later David and his family will join us for Sunday dinner.  I going to grill chicken, make a pasta salad and an impossible pumpkin pie. Family is so important to me.  Thank you God for the gift of family!!!
